Unlike most other magazines that contain a given number of multiple page pictorials each featuring one model, this title has a decidedly different format. Each issue contains hundreds of basically random photos without focusing on specific models. For this reason all issues through v5 #2 have a number at the beginning of the title (e.g. v1 #1 is 302 Boobs, Busts and Bazooms and v3 #3 is 317 Boobs, Busts & Bazooms). The opening numeral was dropped with v5 #3, and the format completely changed in late 1978 when each issue changed to a series of defined pictorials vs. random photos. The title itself was shortened to BB&B beginning with v7 #2 in 1978.

Those issues containing random photos have many in a 4 to-a-page arrangement (1/4 pg each) with some smaller 12 to-a-page (a la contact sheets) photos and approximately 12 - 16 full page photos per issue. All issues from #1 through v5 #3 have 64 pages. Beginning with v5 #4 the page count was reduced to 56 per issue and was further reduced to 48 per issue beginning with either v8 #3 or v8 #4. That number held steady thru v11 #4

As with other PN titles, a few of these were later reprinted, or were themselves reprints of earlier magazines. When known, these have been duly noted.

Considering the huge number of photos in each issue and the difficulty in assigning IDs to many of the models, the listings for each issue are certainly not exhaustive and are merely the high points that should be of most interest.
